Incident Report for Intuitive Shipping
For a brief period, connections to our Intuitive Shipping App & API were impacted due to a DNS issue with our host which caused connection issues when users attempted to enter the app admin, as well as rate requests failing at checkout.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this outage caused and we're actively working to implement changes to prevent this in the future.
