ShipStation is experiencing issues with their rating API that may result in USPS rates not being returned for some merchants. If you are solely using USPS rates through ShipStation, we recommend adding a fallback rate or fallback carrier to ensure your customers can complete their purchase.

We are working with their team to get this issue resolved.
